Shipping Policy

All Feather Paws orders will be shipped through our designated fulfillment company.

Shipping rates, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times will be calculated by our fulfillment provider and displayed during checkout.

Please use the shipping settings already established through our fulfillment arrangement. Do not add separate flat-rate shipping charges or free-shipping promotions without my approval.

Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — For Hygiene and Pet Safety

Due to the nature of our products, Feather Paws does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or products that have been worn or used.

Our decorative cat collars are worn around a pet’s neck and may come into contact with pet hair, skin, saliva, and other contaminants. To maintain hygiene and protect our customers and their pets, we do not restock returned collars.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact support@featherpaws.com with their order number and photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
