3. Products

Feather Paws collars are decorative fashion accessories for cats. They are not toys, restraints or breakaway safety collars, and must not be attached to a leash.

  • Wear should be supervised. Remove the collar if your cat shows discomfort or chews or pulls at the feathers or pom-poms.
  • Check the collar before each use and stop using it if any part is damaged or loose.
  • Feather placement and natural color may vary slightly from piece to piece. Product photos are for illustration and screen colors may differ.
  • Follow the sizing guide and care instructions on the product page.

You are responsible for choosing the right size and for the safe use of the product with your pet.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn items may not be eligible.

8. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Feather Paws name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to Feather Paws and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, or tag us on social media, you grant us permission to use, edit and publish that content in connection with Feather Paws. You confirm you own the content and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
